A simple and easy to use booklet for people who want to know more about managing their local green space. It contains a wealth of information including how to get started, forming a group, advice on funding, practical issues and organisations that may be able to help.

Health, Access to Greenspace and Informal Outdoor Recreation in the Greenwood Community Forest and Nottingham City
A piece of research undertaken by the BHF National Centre for Physical Activity and Health and the Geography Department at Loughborough University. The research looks at the links between health, access to green space and participation in informal outdoor recreation identifying areas of particular need and proposing ways forward to tackle them.
