The Landscape Character Network
The Landscape Character Network (LCN) is an informal network of over 700 members (January 2006), open free to anyone who is interested in Landscape Character Assessment and its applications.
The Network aims to promote best practice in applying the Landscape Character approach and Landscape Character Assessment by exchanging information, ideas and experience.

The LCN web site has been developed as the a focus for network activity. The web site includes newsletters available online, interactive discussion forum and groups, details of future topical workshops and an on-line booking facility. Resources and information pages are available including a searchable database of Landscape Character Assessments in England.
